• Virtual CFO services.
• Internal audit and internal control services.
• Company, LLP, partnership, and non-profit incorporation.
• Statutory and business registrations, including MSME, GEM, DPIIT/Startup, Import-Export Code, Trademark, Patent, and Copyright registration.
• Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) facilitation.
• Investment planning, cost control, project report preparation, and liaising with financial institutions.

CA, CS, Cost Accountant, and other professional services referenced on the Website are rendered by qualified personnel associated with or engaged by Vinstreak, in accordance with applicable professional standards.

2 Eligibility & Authority

By using the Website or engaging our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are competent to enter into a legally binding contract, or that you are authorised to act on behalf of the entity you represent.

3 Service Nature & Client Responsibilities

Relevant authorities may include the GST Department, Income Tax Department, MCA, RBI, DPIIT, GEM, or other competent authorities.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely documents, data, and information required for the Service.
• Promptly respond to information requests, including statutory due-date reminders.
• Retain and safeguard your own copies of statutory filings, login credentials, and source documents.
• Bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of information furnished by you, including financial data, invoices, and supporting records.

Vinstreak shall not be liable for penalties, interest, late fees, loss of statutory benefit, or any other consequence arising from delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate information or documents provided by the Client, or from delays attributable to government departments, portals, or third-party systems such as GST portal, MCA portal, or banking systems.

4 Fees, Payment & Taxes

Applicable taxes, such as GST, will be charged additionally as per prevailing law.

5 Confidentiality & Data Use

We treat all financial, business, and personal information shared by Clients as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of rendering the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may share information with statutory authorities, regulators, or empanelled third-party software, including Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, GST/MCA portals, strictly as necessary to perform the Services.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, templates, and reports prepared as deliverables, remains the intellectual property of Vinstreak unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use deliverables prepared specifically for them, such as MIS reports, project reports, and registration certificates, for their own internal and statutory purposes.

7 Limitation of Liability

Vinstreak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss of statutory benefit.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

8 Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing written notice. Email notice is sufficient, subject to settlement of fees due for work completed up to the date of termination. Vinstreak will, on reasonable request, hand over completed deliverables and source documents in its possession, subject to clearance of outstanding dues.

9 Website Information

Information on the Website, including blog posts, due-date reminders, and service descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or tax advice. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala, India.

Vinstreak reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
